Having started to see the lady again after an inexplicable gap of about two years, it remains abundantly clear that I can't add anything substantial to her literally 100s of deservedly glowing reviews.
So why this one?
Well, I've discovered that the lady nevertheless loves it being affirmed in writing that she is as good at her job as it gets. She is such a real person in every way ;)
